Patrick McLaughlin is a multi-genre Singer/Actor/Dancer, voice teacher, choral conductor, and choreographer from the New York Metro Area. He earned his BA in music with an emphasis in voice from Penn State University where he performed with the Penn State Concert Choir and Opera Theatre. Patrick also holds an MAT in music education from Montclair State University where he performed with the University Singers and earned his New Jersey Teaching Certification. As a performer, Patrick has worked on two national tours, a cruise ship, and various regional theatres and concert halls across the country. As an educator, he has taught voice students, conducted choirs, and directed/music directed/choreographed fully staged musical productions in California, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Patrick specializes in teaching musical theatre and classical singers but believes in teaching students a healthy vocal technique that can be applied to any genre of music. Patrick is also a certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and enjoys spending time with his Boston Terrier, Peggy, in his home in San Diego.
