Piano, and Voice
Marysa has been singing and playing piano since she was 5 years old. She grew up in New Hampshire, singing in church choirs, playing in recitals, and performing solos in school concerts. In high school, she studied piano at the Concord Music School, joined the Concord Chorale adult choir, and accompanied at various churches.
She majored in English and Music at the University of New Hampshire, where she also discovered a passion for teaching piano and voice. While at UNH she was a member of the UNH Touring Concert Choir, which she placed in many international competitions.
In January 2017, Marysa moved to Denver to pursue a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. But she couldn’t live without music! She still loves playing piano and teaching music lessons, and she sings with the Cherry Creek Chorale.
Marysa is especially gifted in teaching younger students and beginners, but she teaches all ages and levels. She brings enthusiasm and positivity to her lessons! She teaches all styles, and she structures her lessons to fit the individual interests and skills of each of her students.
