Laura Chavez has been teaching flute for 32 years and piano for 15 years. She received her BM in music performance from California State University Northridge. She has played professionally in numerous orchestras in Southern California. Many of these groups were Civic Light Operas. Laura is passionate about music, as well as her teaching. She is highly dedicated to her students. She works at keeping lessons fun, while focusing on structure and technique. She is comfortable teaching all ages and levels.
