Drawing from his early roots in Tallahassee, Florida, nestled on a piano bench beside his grandmother, Michael has devoted his life to mastering the art of piano with passion and sensitivity. Today, he translates those rich, familial roots into his own distinctive style, playing by ear with remarkable accuracy and precision.

As a child, Michael was captivated by the melodic strains of gospel music that echoed through his local church every Sunday. His grandmother and uncle's skilled performances inspired him to explore the language of music, teaching himself tunes on the keys by the intuitive command of his ear. This early exposure not only sparked his lifelong passion but also attuned his ear to the creative nuances and subtleties of music.

Michael expanded his musical horizon at the prestigious Atlanta Institute of Music and Technology, completing their rigorous A.S Program in music and technology. His studies honed his raw talent, providing him with a solid technical foundation and a profound understanding of the intricacies of music theory and sound technologies.

Currently serving as a Music Director in his church, Michael channels his innate affinity for music into each and every performance, captivating his listeners with his lyrical proficiency and emotional depth. His understanding and manipulation of chords, blended with his uncanny ability to parse tonal sequences by ear, create a uniquely immersive and emotive listening experience. Michael has a home studio where he records, mixes and engineers.
