About

Krystal is excited to join the Music Traveling Family as she extends her services as a voice and piano teacher in the Atlanta, GA area! Her passion for music started at a young age with a background in choral and gospel music. From watching her mother teach and perform, Krystal was fueled to turn her passion for music into teaching and performance. Broadening her horizon at her Alma mater, Ball State University, she completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Shortly after working on-tour with Lion King the Musical, she wanted to teach piano and voice. She has been coaching pre-k to college students for 10 years on both subjects.

With a background in piano performance, she is experienced in teaching from beginner to intermediate/advance level. She also composed and performed some of her own music in reputable cities like New York and Chicago.

Genres of music in voice include R&B/soul, musical theatre, pop, jazz, and classical; starting at beginner up to advance level. Krystal’s professional credits include preforming and working with Broadway-star, Sutton Foster and collaborating with lyricist/composer, Lebo M. on the national tour of Disney’s the Lion King.

Recently relocating from Charleston, SC to Atlanta, Krystal is grateful and thrilled for the opportunity to help and inspire others who want to perfect their craft with Music Traveling Company!
