Dr. Charles Turley is a new transplant to Denver from Wichita, KS, where he taught nearly 11 years on the voice faculty of Friends University and served as the Director of Traditional Music at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church. During this time, he also performed numerous operatic roles as a Resident Artist with Wichita Grand Opera, and with Opera Kansas. Before his time in Kansas, while teaching voice lessons and classes at the University of Oregon, Mercer University, Ouachita Baptist University, and The University of North Texas, Charles had a robust studio of high school age through adults, with a variety of goals from classical to commercial music, from auditions, to karaoke stars to lead singers. He can't wait to get started on your musical goals.
