Finnegan Jones is a pianist, bassist and producer who is currently working in Los Angeles, CA. Growing up in Portland, OR, Jones performed at venues all across the city with different bands. He moved to Los Angeles in 2019 to study at the Thornton School of Music at the University of Southern California, where he learned to compose and produce from highly esteemed faculty. His personal music style combines elements of hip-hop, r&b, jazz, and soul, which he infuses into his live performances and personal projects. Since graduating in 2022, Jones has played at The Mint, Peppermint Club, Reunion Jazz Festival, Sam First, and other venues around LA. In addition to contributing on others' projects, Jones produces music under his own name and regularly showcases his work. A skilled composer, instrumentalist, performer, and producer, he hopes to utilize these skills to continue creating both solo and collaborative projects.
