Jackie Rain is a multi-talented, commercially successful independent artist who began studying piano, theory, and voice at the young age of 5. She continued her studies, receiving a double major in piano and vocal Jazz performance. The singer, songwriter plays multiple instruments including piano, keys, analog modular synths, bass, guitar, and ukulele, alongside being a DJ, music producer, recording and live sound engineer, and music educator. Jackie gained her first commercial success when GOOD Music (founded by Kanye West) used her vocal hook & vocals on the track "Bam Bam” with Styles P, Malik Yusef, AlBe Back and Hassan Khaffaf. Miss Rain is known for her soulful voice, conscious lyrics, and unique sound that pushes genre boundaries, Jackie is also an accomplished multi-instrumentalist and analog synth keytarist, having recently developed a close relationship with the legendary instrument makers, Roland. She has collaborated with several grammy award winning artists, while performing at notable, legendary venues and major festivals across the country.
