Riley Merino is musician of 16 years and music teacher of six years who combines learning songs across genres as various as country, R&B, jazz, rock and roll, Brazilian choro, bluegrass, and many others—by ear as well as by sheet music. He believes a musician’s ear is their superpower and that learning the fundamentals of music requires quickly identifying and recreating pitch and rhythm as though it were a science. He has logged thousands of hours with students in private and public school settings studying music, and works hard to cultivate an environment where music is personalized, challenging, engaging, and most importantly fun!!!
