Scott 'Labeaux’ Aguilar was born and raised in Orange County, California. His love for Rock n' Roll started as a child listening to the 80's hair bands played by his parents. In high school, he picked up his first guitar, bought his first Alfred’s Basic Guitar book, and learned how to play. Over time, Scott took college courses on music theory and sought out teachers (currently Paul Gilbert from Mr.Big and Racer X) to expand his understanding and skill of the guitar. With 18 years of playing under his belt, Scott is currently a guitarist in three bands. His main band is the hard rock band, Vendetta XIII, that currently has two singles released on all platforms. They’ve performed at venues around LA and OC, but the most notable are the Whisky a Go Go and the Viper Room. They are set to release a four song EP this summer. He also plays in a southern blues rock band and a local church band which keeps things interesting. His skills are kept sharp by working with a variety of musicians in environments that expect adaptability through key changes and on-the-spot improvisation. Scott has taught students of various ages and enjoys all styles of music including: Pop, Rock, Blues, Jazz and Contemporary styles. Scott lives for performing live and aspires to equip other musicians with the skills to succeed while confidently rocking the stage themselves.
