Calan is a very outgoing voice teacher from San Diego, California. She has a love for all genres of music that stems from her childhood which started with her participating in the San Diego Children’s Choir. She then went on to be in her high school’s Show Choir at Steele Canyon High School, which eventually led to her being in an A cappella group by the name of N/A (Not Applicable). With performances at local San Diego venues such as the House of Blues this a cappella group helped shape her into the music teacher she is today. Calan also went to college to become a Vocal performance major with a minor in Music History. Calan specializes in helping her students of all ages find their voice while still implementing important vocal techniques. Through the use of fun and cheesy vocal and agility exercises she is able to help students reach their full singing potential. She looking forward to working with you all! :)
