About

Shayna Seeley moved to San Antonio, TX from Pennsylvania where she earned her Bachelor in Music Education with a vocal emphasis at Moravian University in Bethlehem, PA. While in college, she taught private ukulele, piano, and voice lessons for 2 years. Shayna also completed her Kodaly Level 1 training at Midwestern State University and plans to complete Level 2 next summer to gain more insight into how she can most successfully meet her student's needs. She is currently an elementary music teacher in North East ISD where she also directs the 4th and 5th grade choir. Shayna is passionate about making music both fun and challenging. She loves to build connections with her students to understand how they learn best. In her free time, Shayna enjoys reading, doing yoga, and spending time with her husband and 2 cats.
