About

Ilamosi (E-luh-mo-se) Momodu (Mo-mah-do) is from Tulsa, Oklahoma,
where she began playing classical violin in her formative years. Most recently, she played semi-professionally with the Ball State symphony and professionally with Muncie symphony orchestra. She went on tour in Europe with the Ball state symphony where she played at major performance halls in Prague, Czech Republic, and Vienna, Austria in 2022. Ilamosi has a BS in music from Ball State University. She is currently pursuing a masters degree in music therapy at Georgia college and state university. In addition to teaching violin, Ilamosi teaches cello, bass, ukulele, and viola. Ilamosi loves teaching all ages and all learning styles. Ilamosi just moved to Georgia and is enjoying all the nature and sunshine Georgia offers!
