If you are in search of a patient, enthusiastic, inspiring, creative, and generous music teacher look no further than Ty Chase. Ty specializes in guiding his students to reach their musical goals in guitar, voice, songwriting, bass guitar, and/or piano fundamentals.

Ty was born in Morristown, New Jersey and currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee. Growing up in the land of Springteen and Bon Jovi, he followed his passion for music, picking up his first guitar in 4th grade. In high school he began singing, songwriting, playing in bands, giving guitar lessons at a local arts workshop, and playing as a studio session player at a local recording studio.

After graduating high school, Ty went on to earn his Bachelor's degree in Music Business & Entertainment Industry Studies from Belmont University. While earning his degree, Ty continued playing shows, writing songs, and recording music as a singer, guitarist, bassist, songwriter, and producer for himself and many of his peers.

Currently, Ty performs weekly at the Big Machine Distillery in downtown Nashville every Friday night while working on his next record. Reach out to book your at-home lesson with Ty today!
