Monica Larrea is a singer-songwriter, vocalist, keyboard, and guitar player with over 5 years of teaching experience around the East and West Coast. Monica graduated from the University of Miami Frost School of Music in 2017 with her Bachelor in Music in Music Therapy, where she earned the prestigious title of Magna Cum Laude. Her Music Therapy background gives her a unique holistic approach to lessons, catering to the individual's learning needs. Monica prioritizes creating lasting connections with her students, empowering them to reach their full potential as musicians.

As a skilled songwriter and professional musician, Monica specializes in teaching modern/contemporary music, empowering aspiring songwriters with the skills to play and sing. However, Monica's classical and musical theatre training also gives her the versatility to help students audition for plays. Under Monica's direction, students have successfully landed lead roles in Thirteen the Musical, Finding Nemo Jr., The Little Mermaid Jr., and more!
