Mia Torres is a vocal trainer with ten years of experience training in voice and music. She has a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Musical Theater from American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles and has experience in singing musical theater, contemporary pop/rock, some opera and more. She is currently situated in the Ventura County area and able to commute to the Los Angeles area as well.
Mia understands the anxiety and nerves that can come with singing so she is able to help curate calming methods on how to put on your best performance while keeping a peace of mind.
She has been in the Notre Dame Liturgical Choir and also worked with music pedagogues at AMDA. She is also able to help with music theory work and sight singing to go along with vocals.
Mia is a big advocate for teaching with kindness and patience, she wants to make the most helpful and supportive environment for a singer at any level.
