Grace began singing and playing guitar at the age of 8. Over the years, she developed her skills further by taking private lessons and keeping herself as immersed in her craft as possible. Grace completed the Applied Music program with an emphasis on Voice in the spring of 2020. In addition to 2 years of prestigious private classical training, Grace studied music theory, ear training, and sight singing for over 4 years. She is currently working toward her BA in Vocal Performance while pursuing her career as an independent artist. She gained performance experience worldwide by performing at venues from the Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles to the Vatican in Italy.

Grace has taught voice lessons from beginning to advanced levels, as well as guitar lessons up to an intermediate level for over 4 years. While Grace’s expertise spans a variety of genres, her biggest influences include Nina Simone, Jill Scott, Jazmine Sullivan, Sarah Vaughan and Yebba Smith.

Grace is passionate about music because of the power it has to heal and the freedom of expression it allows, and loves teaching music because she believes everyone should have such a cathartic outlet.
