Gabriel Arispe Quintero (or Gabe for short) is from Rancho Cucamonga, California where he developed a passion for singing and acting throughout his years in school and familial tradition of passing down the art of Bel Canto style opera singing. Choosing to pursue a Bachelors of Arts in Vocal Performance, he attended the University of Redlands School of Performing Arts for his 4 year Undergraduate Program where he studied under renowned performers and coaches with ties to other prestigious institutions. Gabe currently performs as frontman for the wedding band OFFTHEAIR while honing his voice for future roles as a Tenor. In addition to performing, Gabe has been a public school substitute teacher for over a year in multiple districts while pursuing his K-12 Music Teaching Credential. Lessons with Gabe will be relaxed, productive and positive! Gabe focuses on vocal health, basic ear training/Musicianship and tangible goals for learning music, giving students choice in many aspects of what they would like to do in the future. Basic piano skills will be taught in combination with voice, or offered separately. Classical music is a beautiful but often inaccessible world for many students and their families who may not be willing to spend hundreds on an instrument that they may not care for in the end, Gabe believes in giving students an entry point through the art of beautiful singing. Gabe lives near Huntington Beach with his Fiancée, their two cats Snickers and Skittles, and Dog, Mocha!
