Morgan Phillips is a dancer and dance instructor originally from Huntsville, AL. She grew up dancing and began training seriously at the age of 15 in various styles of dance. Some of those dance styles include ballet, tap, jazz, musical theater, hip hop, and contemporary. Morgan performed in a variety of recitals, shows, and competitions, and even had the chance to perform as a back up dancer for a local rock band. Immediately upon high school graduation, Morgan began her teaching career at a local studio in Huntsville, AL. She began by teaching dancers from age 3 all the way up to 18. While teaching in Alabama, Morgan earned her Tap Teacher’s Lounge certification as well as her Rhythm Works Integrative Dance Instructor certification which allowed her to begin teaching students with ability differences. Since moving to Los Angeles, Morgan has continued to teach students of all ages and abilities in all styles of dance. She has also performed in several shows with the LA Unbound company and has added heels and jazz funk to her repertoire.
