Louis Ramos is a performing tenor from San Antonio, Texas. He holds a bachelors degree in music performance from UTSA and a masters of opera performance from UT. Louis has performed with groups around Texas such as Opera San Antonio, One Ounce Opera, and Local Opera Local Artists. His most recent mainstage performances were as Nachmann in Gilbert and Sullivan Austin's "Esther the Clever Queen" and Inez in Butler Opera Center's "Maria". Louis believes that anyone can sing, and uses a combination of modern vocal pedagogy with old school technique to instruct and guide students towards a sound that is both timeless and healthy.
