Jack started his drumming career at age 15 and found a perfect balance between his passion, his dedication, and his musicality.

Jack spends most of his own practice time studying the drum parts of his favorite drummers which range a variety of musical genres; His favorite drummer is Rush's Neil Peart, whose technique and drum parts are prevalent in Jack's practice and various stage performances.

You can expect his teaching style to incorporate conventional and unconventional ways to practice, and to prioritize fun over all else. Whether the student's idea of fun is learning basic beats, hone in great technique, or simply play along to their favorite songs, Jack believes that fun is the best motivation to keep the student practicing and develop their skills.
