Charday Sparks is a seasoned vocalist with over 10 years of experience. Originally from Rock Hill, South Carolina, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Francis Marion University, where she also minored in Theatre Arts. Beginning her professional career at the age of 16, Charday contracted with Cedar Fair Entertainment, performing in a total of eight shows across two theme parks during her high school and college years.

When not fulfilling summer contracts during her time at Francis Marion, Charday actively participated in both theatre and musical theatre productions. She also enjoyed teaching her peers new techniques in private group settings and one-on-one sessions as they prepared for their own contracts and auditions. Additionally, she led several workshops in voice and musical theatre for children of all ages, both on and off campus.

Charday seized every opportunity to deepen her understanding of classical and jazz vocal techniques. She took independent lessons, served as the university's appointed jazz ensemble vocalist, and was selected as a soloist for a performance with Tony Award-winning musical director Sonny Paladino. Performing alongside Paladino was a highlight of her college career.

During her time at Francis Marion, Charday not only honed her vocal abilities but also discovered her passion for songwriting and developed a deeper love for live performance. She is passionate about maintaining excellent technique while delivering outstanding performances, and she understands the importance of preparing for longevity in the music industry. Equally essential is embracing and developing stage presence—an area Charday believes is crucial for any artist, regardless of genre.

Charday continues to develop her craft, performing with a circuit band that contracts for weddings, corporate events, and private parties along the East Coast. She strives to help her students connect deeply with their material, ensuring they don’t just sing, but perform with precision and authenticity. By enhancing her students' stage presence through proper technique and preparation, Charday’s ultimate goal is to help every vocalist she works with feel confident in their ability to perform any piece of music.

Her instruction blends classical, jazz, and contemporary vocal training with extensive industry experience, offering well-rounded guidance to help you grow and succeed in your music career, no matter what stage you’re on.
