About

Born in Santa Fe, Noah has been surrounded by music his whole life. Growing up, he explored music through the lenses of drums, bass, piano, voice, and even steel pan before discovering a love of guitar at age 13. Learning by doing, he developed his playing through careful listening, playing in bands with friends, and of course teaching himself everything his older brother knew how to play. As he learned the essentials of playing solo and in group settings, his musical world and vocabulary expanded to include Rock, Country, Funk, Jazz, R&B, and even Bluegrass. At Colorado College, Noah studied Music Theory, Jazz and Bluegrass guitar, and even developed experience as a songwriter. Noah's passion for music is infectious, and he is incredibly eager to help instill a joy of both playing and listening in his students.
