Anders Schullstrom is a guitarist and music educator based in Orlando, Florida.

He began playing guitar at 7, learning the basics by playing along with his favorite rock records. Throughout late elementary school and into high school, Anders was also active in choir, which helped develop his ear for melody and harmony. During this time, he took formal lessons in both classical and jazz guitar, building a strong technical foundation across genres.

His playing and teaching are shaped by a wide range of influences, including J Mascis, Django Reinhardt, Randy Rhoads, Willie Nelson, and George Harrison. Anders blends tone-driven expression with strong compositional sensibilities, drawing from a diverse musical vocabulary that spans decades and styles.

Anders holds a degree in English from the University of Central Florida, a background that informs his approach to songwriting and lyric-focused instruction. He often works with students interested in developing both their guitar skills and their ability to write original material.

With over eight years of teaching experience, Anders has taught students of all ages in various styles, including rock, blues, folk, punk, and country. His teaching philosophy is flexible and student-centered, structured enough to ensure growth, but laid-back enough to keep lessons enjoyable and inspiring. Whether students want to shred solos, strum acoustic ballads, or write songs, Anders helps them find their voice and confidence.

Outside of his musical proclivities, Anders is an avid Florida Panthers fan, a film buff, and a passionate reader.
