Matthew Langlois is a percussion teacher and performer from Malvern, PA. He recently graduated Messiah University with a BS in Music Education and a teaching certification for K-12. Throughout his 10 years as a percussionist, he has played with renowned composer Michael Burritt, qualified and competed in the Kuhlman solo competition twice, and substituted with the Gettysburg Chamber Orchestra. Matt has 5 years of teaching experience, both in person and virtually. He has taught private percussion lessons as well as helped rock bands at every age. Throughout his time at Messiah, he has also taught at every grade level in the public-school settings. Matt's professors say that he "continues to be a credit to our university". Currently, Matt is continuing his percussion education as he attends West Chester University to get his master's in percussion performance as the percussion department's new graduate assistant.
