Vance Hurd is an eclectic musician, versed in Classical, Jazz, Rock, and Metal. He holds a degree from Schwob conservatory where he studied classical guitar the performance and compositional aspects of classical music.

Since then he became fascinated with improvisation as a way to learn composition, as well as a gateway to accessing natural expressiveness in one’s playing.

He teaches his students with an integrative approach, helping them discover their own voices as artists.
