About

Macy Andrus is a soprano currently based in Denver, CO. She has spent the last decade dedicating herself to opera and musical theatre, and she will graduate June 2022 with a degree in vocal performance from The Lamont School of Music at The University of Denver. During her time at DU, she studied under the tutelage of renowned singer Cathy Kasch. She has performed in Operas such as L'Enfant et les Sortiléges and The Magic Flute and plans to pursue a master's degree in vocal performance after graduation. Her teaching philosophy centers around finding an individual's unique sound to develop an artist unlike anyone else. She maintains a voice studio in Denver Colorado, and in her free time, she likes to hike with her fiancé and their dog, Coda!
