Phil Steffen is intent upon conveying his love of music to his students. Using a patient and warm teaching style, he's excellent at finding the key to each student's individual success. Decades of teaching, performing and recording have molded his comprehensive approach. He feels music should be fun but also mind expanding. In his opinion no other artistic discipline develops so many neural pathways as learning and playing an instrument.
