A violin, guitar, bass, drumkit and voice instructor for over 35 years, Biff has toured & taught all over the planet - from Japan to Kyrgyzstan. He's played & recorded guitar, violin, bass & mandolin with Les Paul, Lee Scratch Perry, Robert Fripp, Steve Miller, Adrian Belew, Siggi from the Sugarcubes, Pat MacDonald, Natty Nation, Eugene Chadbourne, Simon Shaheen, Clyde (The Funky Drummer) Stubblefield, Boiled In Lead, Marshall Crenshaw, The ZomBeatles, Willy Porter, The Furious Bongos and too many other bands / performers to list here. He's still fronting award-winning Wisconsin cover band Steely Dane as their lead vocalist (for over a decade) and has been producer, violinist, vocalist & guitarist with the award-winning Reptile Palace Orchestra & The Gomers since the 1980-something's. Biff has given master classes at several Wisconsin and Michigan Folk Festivals, and has hung out backstage with supergroup Spinal Tap. His musical passions include Eastern European Dance Music, Traditional International Musics, Delta Blues, Global R&B, Soul, Ambient and Rock & Roll.
