About

Alison Rose Wonderland (they/she) are an actor, soprano soloist, multimedia artist, yogi, and teacher. They have worked as an actor and singer in NYC, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Indiana, Washington State, and here in PDX, and they are a student teacher of Ashtanga yoga through Burning Spirits Yoga. A graduate of Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, they are also an alumnus of the One-Year Acting Apprenticeship at The Barrow Group Theater in NYC, the Young Actor Institute in Seattle. They are deeply influenced as a teacher by the process-based Drama School at Seattle Children’s Theater, by the relationship- and developmenally-informed pedagogy of Music Together, and by a personal worldview that emphasizes breath, relatedness, and cultural and self awareness. They are passionate about both performing and teaching, disability justice, decolonizing the arts, kitchen herbalism, and reproductive and climate justice.
