From Garden Ridge, Texas
Flute, and Piano
Jacqueline grew up with professional musicians and teachers who share her deep love of music and passion for life-long learning. She has been playing classical piano and flute since elementary school. While raising her children, Jacqueline taught piano lessons from home and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor degree in Music with honors from Judson College.
She has performed on the flute in a church orchestra, and as a solo flutist at choir concerts, funerals, and church services. Today she plays the piccolo and flute with Fiesta Flutes of San Antonio, a local flute choir. As a piano accompanist she has played for church services and the Texas Children’s Choir. Jacqueline volunteers to give flute and piccolo demonstrations at nearby schools to inspire students to learn a musical instrument.
She has been teaching piano, flute lessons, and flute masterclasses professionally for four years. She specializes in beginner and intermediate level students of all ages. Her one-on-one style is designed to help students appreciate music, give their best effort, and enjoy learning to play an instrument.
