Patricia (Patty) Simmons has always lived in the Midwest, but currently resides in Holland, Michigan. Her interest in music began early with lessons on piano, clarinet, voice and guitar. As a teenager the guitar became her passion. First performing in rock bands, she moved on to leading worship in church. With a master’s degree in religious education, Patty became very skilled at creating curriculum and methods that create tangible results. She has taught a variety of age groups and styles of music for the last 25 years. Patty is married, has two adult children and says, “Never stop learning”.
