Nikolay Zlatev - Niko is an Artist, Guitarist and Songwriter based in Los Angeles, California. Niko has been playing guitar since he was seven years old. He graduated from the Private School of Music "E Manoloff" in his home country Bulgaria, with a major in guitar and solfeggio. Niko has more than 20 years of experience in touring, performing and recording electric, acoustic, bass guitar and drums. He founded "Lifelike Music School" a Rock Music School in Bulgaria.
He has enormous experience in guitar, bass and drums as a teacher in private and group lessons. Founder, Vocalist, Lead Guitarist and Songwriter for his rock/metal band Red Rust. Niko played in many bands, projects and participated in many gigs and live music festivals in Europe and US. Currently he plays as a Lead Guitarist in two Official Los Angeles Tribute Bands: A Perfect Circle and The Smashing Pumpkins. He is an expert in Acoustic and Electric Guitar with strong influence from styles like Rock, Metal, Alternative, Blues and many more.
Niko strongly believes that if you really want to learn to play, perform and create music you have to learn to feel, understand, enjoy and love the music!
