Jonathan Portillo is an Austin based musician and educator. He is originally from Dallas, TX and has several years of experience in one-on-one and group instruction of guitar, bass, piano, and ukulele, with his primary instrument being guitar. Jonathan also has many years of gig experience and has shared the stage with many respected musicians like Gregg Bissonette, Brian Bromberg, Jason "JT" Thomas, and the late Bernard Wright. In May of 2022 he earned his Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Performance - Guitar from Texas State University.
