Trevor Dodd is a drummer, pianist, and composer based in Portland, Oregon, with over 10 years of experience in performing, music theory, composition, and music production. Trevor was exposed to music from a young age and filled his time playing in as many musical groups as he could find, including jazz ensembles, rock bands, funk groups, salsa bands, and more. Currently, Trevor is an active drummer and pianist in the Portland area, as well as a composer for video games and film. Trevor holds a bachelor's in music degree in jazz studies, which he obtained through the University of Oregon. He has studied with Gary Hobbs, Christopher Brown, and Steve Owen, and taken masterclasses with Kendrick Scott, Mel Brown, and Harry Gregson Williams. Trevor teaches drums and piano and enjoys helping his students grow musically while finding their creative spark. He believes that students grow most quickly when they are having fun and have a say in their own growth. A pacific northwest native, Trevor lives with his wife, Ruthie, and their fluffy bunny, Aria.
