Sahara Grim is a musician and educator based in Los Angeles. Originally from San Diego, California, Sahara has been an active performer in the local music scene and privately studied music from a young age while attending performing arts school. Sahara graduated from the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music with a BA in Ethnomusicology and Jazz Vocal Performance in 2019. Currently, Sahara performs her original music with her band at various venues all over Los Angeles, specializes in teaching children and is a music therapist for memory care patients. Sahara's teaching approach is gentle, yet upbeat. She aims to create an environment that is engaging, encouraging and centered in creative exploration.
