About

Simon Drew is an Australian musician, poet, and philosopher now based in Southern California. For his formal education, he received a Bachelor of Music from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music with a major in jazz trumpet and vocal performance, and he's currently studying for a Master of Divinity. His informal education consisted of travelling the Caribbean and Mediterranean on the world's largest cruise ships with his jazz quartet, as well as performing at many of Australia's leading jazz festivals and clubs. His main instruments are voice, trumpet, piano, and the didgeridoo (the sacred instrument of the Australian aboriginals).
