Andres Marquez is a passionate working musician based out of Whittier, California. Having picked up the drums at the age of eleven, Andres quickly branched out to multiple instruments, including guitar, bass and piano. As of now, Andres teaches music professionally, and records as a session musician for local artists. Since playing his first show at age thirteen, Andres has gone on to play hundreds of concerts, at venues ranging from the Whiskey A Go Go in Hollywood to the Queen Mary in Long Beach.
A love for music is what drives Andres to want to teach professionally--the pride and satisfaction found from learning something new on an instrument is hard to replicate, and helping others find those joys in life is part of Andres's passion.
