Brandon Ichavez earned his Bachelors Degree in Music from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. As a multi instrumental musician, Brandon plays and teaches Euphonium, Guitar, Trombone, and Tuba, as well as having experience teaching in high schools. Brandon regularly plays Jazz Guitar with a Jazz combo of other musicians from St. Mary's University that plays for local Bars, Restaurants, and Events/Parties.
In May 2019, during his first year of his Undergraduate degree, Brandon competed at the International Tuba Euphonium Conference (ITEC) as a semifinalist in the young artist division, in which he prior recorded 3 audition pieces and submitted a tape to be judged and selected from various people around the world.
Brandon has experience playing in all genres of music as well as teaching in them. He loves to connect through music and values enjoyment of playing as a key component in his lessons.
