About

Katy is from the mountain town of Eagle, Colorado, where she learned to sing at 2 years old and was part of different choirs and musicals growing up. Currently, Katy is writing and performing music in Nashville, Tennessee, while also working as a part time caregiver. Katy has had many years of vocal teaching and knowledge on music theory, music business and production. She recently graduated Trevecca Nazarene University with a BA in Commercial Music in May of 2022. Katy has sung with Trevecca’s University Singers for 4 years, performed with the Tennessee Symphony Orchestra and also recorded with her school’s worship choir “Testify” on the album “The Church Will Sing” project. In her free time, Katy enjoys playing guitar, going to concerts and checking out fun coffee shops.
