Lorenna Clement was born and raised in the beautiful state of Connecticut. She is the youngest in a very musical family of eight, and began learning violin when she was ten years old. In college, she studied violin under the teaching of Dr. Charles Bombard and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in music performance. While she was earning that degree, she had the opportunity to be awarded first place in three string competitions, perform with Emmet Cahill, play in a masterclass with the Dover Quartet, and perform selections from Handel’s Messiah as concertmistress of the Pensacola Christian College Orchestra. Her greatest desire is that she will be able to encourage a passion for music in others the same way that her teachers inspired her. Lorenna currently lives in Cincinnati, Ohio and loves to spend time with her family or enjoy nature with a cup of coffee.
