Michael Creighton Moench is an educator, performer, musician and scholar based in Austin, Texas with a PhD in Ethnomusicology who has studied music from all over the world. He has performed in many productions of musical theater throughout central Texas, plays multiple instruments with various gigging bands and has published an undergraduate textbook on popular music history. He has experience teaching piano, voice and guitar to children and adult learners of various skill levels.
